This Policy defines the procedure for processing information when using the IQ-meter.com website (hereinafter — the Site).

1. Terms

  • Operator — individual entrepreneur Mykyta Paskhalnyi, TIN 3445503014 (Ukraine, Kyiv), ensuring the operation of the Site.
  • User — a person using the Site.
  • Personal data — information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly.
  • Cookies — small files/identifiers stored in the browser.
  • Anonymized data — information that does not allow the direct identification of a specific User without the use of additional information.

2. What data are processed

2.1. Data provided voluntarily by the User

The Site does not provide for registration and does not require the mandatory submission of personal data to take the test. Personal data may be processed only when sending a message through the contact form:

    • name (if provided);
    • email address;
    • message text and information voluntarily provided by the User.

In addition, on the test results page, the User may voluntarily provide such information as country, age, gender, education level, and field of activity. Providing this information is not mandatory. Such information is used exclusively in anonymized form and does not allow the Operator to identify a specific User.

2.2. Payment data

If paid functions are used on the Site, payment processing is carried out by third-party payment providers. The Operator does not receive or store bank card data, payment instrument details, or any other payment information of the User. At the same time, the Operator may receive and store limited information about the payment itself, for example: the date and time of payment, payment identifier, payment status, amount, currency, the name of the paid product or service, as well as other technical details transmitted by the payment provider as part of payment confirmation.

2.3. Technical data

When visiting the Site, technical data necessary for the operation and protection of the Site may be processed automatically, for example: IP address, browser and device information, interface language, date/time of requests, cookie identifiers, error logs.

3. Purposes of processing

The Operator processes data for the following purposes:

  • processing inquiries and providing responses (contact form);
  • ensuring the functionality and security of the Site (diagnostics, prevention of abuse);
  • analytics of traffic and service quality of the Site (for example, Google Analytics and similar services);
  • recording and confirming payments, if paid functions or services are used on the Site;
  • obtaining anonymized statistics based on additional information voluntarily provided by the User on the test results page.

4. Legal grounds for processing

Processing is carried out on the basis of:

  • the User’s actions in sending an inquiry (providing data for a response);
  • the User’s actions in voluntarily providing additional information on the test results page;
  • the necessity to perform actions related to confirming and recording payment, if paid functions are used;
  • the legitimate interest of the Operator in ensuring security, stable operation of the Site, and maintaining anonymized statistics;
  • the User’s consent to cookies/analytics — in cases where such consent is required under applicable law.

5. Cookies and their management

5.1. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics.
5.2. The User may manage cookies through browser settings (delete, block fully or selectively).
5.3. Restricting cookies may affect the proper functioning of certain features of the Site and/or analytics.
5.4. If separate consent is required under applicable law for certain cookies, it is requested through a notice/banner.

6. Google Analytics and similar services (analytics)

6.1. The Site may use Google Analytics and/or similar analytics services to obtain statistics on traffic and page usage.
6.2. Such services may process technical data (for example, cookies/identifiers, browser/device information, approximate interaction parameters with pages).
6.3. Cookies management/analytics restriction is possible through browser settings and/or available opt-out mechanisms in the relevant services (if applicable).

7. Transfer of data to third parties

7.1. The Operator does not sell Users’ personal data.
7.2. Data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Site and the provision of services, including:

    • hosting/infrastructure and security services;
    • providers of analytics services;
    • payment providers — solely to the extent necessary for processing, confirming, and recording payment.

7.3. Such parties process data in accordance with their own policies and terms.

8. Retention periods

  • data from the contact form are stored no longer than necessary to provide a response and subsequent interaction regarding the inquiry;
  • technical logs and security data — for a limited time necessary for protection and diagnostics;
  • payment information — no longer than necessary for payment recording, dispute resolution, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of the Operator’s legitimate interests;
  • information voluntarily provided by the User on the test results page is stored in anonymized form.

9. User rights

Within the limits of applicable law, the User may have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and/or withdrawal of consent to cookies (if applicable).
